Wedding Receptions

Concord's Colonial Inn is one of Massachusetts' premier wedding reception sites. Wedding receptions at the Inn can feature cocktails with passed hors d'oeuvres in one of our elegantly appointed rooms or a four-course candlelit dinner with a DJ or band. For mid-sized weddings of 30 to 50 people, you may wish to add a single instrument for background music.

We can create a larger, more traditional wedding reception for 50 to 100 guests. Plan your wedding reception to include a formal wedding reception line, a cocktail reception with white-glove service, a five-course sit down dinner featuring choice entrees, followed by the first dance, cutting of the wedding cake, and throwing of the wedding bouquet.

For the grandest of weddings, ask about our Grand Concordian wedding package. You may also reserve overnight rooms for your wedding party and family, or take over the entire Inn for all of your wedding guests. Please consider the Colonial Inn for your wedding ceremony, bridal shower, and rehearsal dinner. Whether small or large, modest or grand, our wedding planner will work with you to create the perfect custom arrangements to suit your budget and your dreams.

Any credit remaining will be refunded within 7 business days after the conclusion of the event. A credit card may be required for additions made after the guarantee has been received and will always be required when a Host Bar is arranged.

Guarantees

A final guarantee of attendance must be given one week prior to the event. If the attendance falls below the guaranteed number, the customer will be charged for the guaranteed amount. Final menu selections must be submitted within a minimum of four weeks prior to the function.

Cancellations

All Cancellations notices shall be written and will be effective on the date of receipt by the Inn. Customer and Inn agree that due to the difficulty of ascertaining Inn?s actual damages in the event that the Customer cancels this Agreement, Customer agrees to pay as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, a cancellation fee based on the schedule set forth. Customer expressly acknowledges that the cancellation fee represents a reasonable estimate of the actual damages Inn would sustain for Customer?s breech of the cancellation provisions and that they are not excessive or grossly disproportionate to what the parties believe Inn?s actual damages would be.
