Group Dining & Events
Reserve one of our private function rooms where up to 100 Reunion attendees can dine or dance the night away to a live band or disc jockey. Once of our professional Catering Managers is on site to help you plan the perfect Reunion from start to finish.
Variety of Group Activities
The charming town of Concord offers a wide variety of activities for any Reunion group. In fact, the Inn recently had the honor of serving as host to a Class Reunion for Princeton University. The Reunion Committee for Princeton wanted to hold their gathering in an historical New England setting within close proximity to Boston. We take great pride in knowing that Concords Colonial Inn was Princeton's first choice to host their event. The group, with travelers from all across the globe, planned a five day event, including such activities as:
- Welcome Cocktail Reception (hosted by our Inn) in our Forge Lounge
- Welcome Dinner (hosted by the Inn) in our Heritage Room
- Group walk of local Concord attractions including North Bridge, the one-time homes of Ralph Waldo Emerson, Louisa May Alcott, Nathaniel Hawthorne, and the historic battlefield where once the embattled farmers stood, and fired the shot heard round the world
- Group excursion & lunch to the Concord Wildlife Sanctuary
- Group picnic on Walden Pond
- Farewell Dance & dinner (hosted by the Inn) in our Merchants Row Main Dining Room
